1 - This was good and Ben says is like a light version of a cream cheese icing.
2 - Good again, butter is way better than margarine!
3 (4) cups powdered sugar
120g (160g) butter, room temperature
3oz (4oz/115g) plain yogurt
1 (+½) tsp. vanilla extract
- Mix the powdered sugar and butter.
- Stir in the yogurt and vanilla until smooth and spreading consistency.
