3 Tbsps. lemon juice
2 Tbsps. olive oil
¼ tsp Dijon mustard
¼ tsp pepper
¼ tsp salt
1-2 tsps. maple syrup (or any liquid sweet)
- In a small jar, pour in the vinaigrette ingredients, put the lid on and shake until it emulsifies.
- Pour on top and toss the salad.
