1 + 1 tsps vegetable oil
3 mild Italian sausages
2 cups snow peas, fresh and stemmed/de-strung
1/2 cups mushrooms, diced
1 onion sliced
1 garlic clove, minced
Salt
- Heat half the oil in a skillet and start cooking the sausage.
- Prepare snow peas, slice onions, chop mushrooms and garlic.
- When the sausage is mostly cooked add the second teaspoon of oil along with the snow peas, onions, and mushrooms. Season with a pinch of salt and cover to cook until veg are al dente, stirring occastionally.
